Yes. All of our employees undergo a thorough vetting process, including criminal history and background checks, before they are hired and assigned to a property.

You will be assigned a dedicated Manager or Supervisor who will be your single point of contact for scheduling, quality issues, and communication.

How is your pricing structured? Is the quote all-inclusive?

Our pricing is a fixed fee based on the agreed-upon scope of work and frequency.

The quote includes labour, all cleaning products, and equipment. Any additional services are quoted separately

What are the typical contract length and termination terms?

We offer flexible contracts, typically with a 6 or 12 month term.

Agreement includes a 30-day cancellation clause with written notice, should our service not meet your expectations.

Do you supply common area consumables (e.g., hand soap, toilet paper)?

We can include the supply and restocking of consumables in the contract, or we can use supplies provided by the strata. It will be clearly defined in your agreement

What is your process for managing and reporting maintenance issues?
