Our standard service covers all common areas: lobbies, hallways, stairs, lifts, glass entry doors, and bin areas. We also offer additional services like pressure washing, window cleaning, and deep carpet cleaning as periodic extras

How often will the property be cleaned, and at what times?

The recommend frequency is based on property size and foot traffic.

We can schedule the work during specific times (based upon your request) to minimize disruption to residents

How do you guarantee the quality of the cleaning?

We implement a Quality Assurance program that includes regular site inspections by a supervisor, a cleaning checklist, and a designated point of contact for the committee to provide feedback.

What cleaning products do you use? Are they safe / eco-friendly?

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. We carry comprehensive Public Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation to protect your property and our staff in the unlikely event of an accident

Do you perform background checks on your staff?

Yes. All of our employees undergo a thorough vetting process, including criminal history and background checks, before they are hired and assigned to a property.

Are your staff trained in WHS (Work Health and Safety) protocols?

Absolutely. Our staff receive ongoing training in all relevant WHS procedures, including the safe use of chemicals, wet floor signage, and reporting potential hazards

Who is our main point of contact for day-to-day issues?

You will be assigned a dedicated Manager or Supervisor who will be your single point of contact for scheduling, quality issues, and communication.

How is your pricing structured? Is the quote all-inclusive?

Our pricing is a fixed fee based on the agreed-upon scope of work and frequency.

The quote includes labour, all cleaning products, and equipment. Any additional services are quoted separately

What are the typical contract length and termination terms?

We offer flexible contracts, typically with a 6 or 12 month term.

Agreement includes a 30-day cancellation clause with written notice, should our service not meet your expectations.

Do you supply common area consumables (e.g., hand soap, toilet paper)?

We can include the supply and restocking of consumables in the contract, or we can use supplies provided by the strata. It will be clearly defined in your agreement

What is your process for managing and reporting maintenance issues?

Our cleaners are trained to report any damage or maintenance issues they spot during cleaning via digital report directly to your strata manager.
